BPC Advancde Materials ¡§OLED Blue Host¡§ |

Based on experiences that we have accumulated from our business in paint,
resin, and coating sectors for more than four decades, we have extended our
business into the field of fine chemicals such as monomer, oligomer and additives.
BPC has focused on the materials related to OLED through the joint research with
Korea Institute of Industrial Technology(KITECH), a national research institute of
Korea, since 2011.
So far, the Organic Electronics Materials research group of KITECH,
and BPC have achieved various successes. Among others, the most remarkable achievement
is the development of blue phosphorescent host.
OLED materials that BPC can supply, including the blue
phosphorescent host, and the list of intermediate subunits that can assist
our valuable customers to develop and produce their own OLED materials.
Development concept
• Structure designed to have a wide bandgap.
•Bipolar phosphorescent host structure designed.
•Designed to maintain amorphous properties at high temperatures.
• Structure designed to have a high glass transition temperature (Tg).
